Camera Ready Submission

All authors of accepted papers should have received an email from Conference Publishing Service (CPS) with a link to the online author kit provided by CPS for the publication of PSIVT2010 proceedings.

All camera ready must be submitted by 5 September 2010. This is the hard deadline that you cannot afford to miss. Hence, we advise you to do this as early as possible. Your paper ID is not needed for camera ready submission. You should now include the names of authors, affiliations and email addresses of authors in your paper.

Please follow the steps in the above site and prepare your camera ready using the templates provided in STEP 4. Note that you must prepare your final paper strictly following CPS’ guidelines in order for your paper to be acceptable for publication.

Your final submission must be in IEEE-compliant PDF. We advise you to use PDF Express in STEP 5 to create IEEE-compliant PDF.

Please remember to complete the copyright transfer form in STEP 7.

In STEP 8, please enter the paper title, abstract and author information. You must ensure that the information given in this STEP is consistent with such information in your final paper as the information provided here will be used for indexing purpose and generation of abstract booklet, symposium program and table of content in the proceedings.

After completing all the STEPs for camera ready submission and copyright transfer, please remember to go to the registration page in PSIVT2010 website to register your paper.

An accepted paper must be registered by at least one of its author(s) for it to be included in the proceedings and the registration fees paid is not refundable.
